Tim is an accomplished board director, committee member, business founder & chairman with proven track-record of experience across the public, private & not for profit sectors.   This spans a range of industries including digital spatial data, information technology, energy, engineering, and health.   His first profession was in geodesy, survey and mapping involving the early introduction of GPS technology to practical applications. Having served on ASX boards as member of audit & risk committees, he brings strong experience with listings, M&A and exits.   He has substantial IT & cyber expertise, coupled with well-developed financial skills and acumen.

• He co-founded and grew an IT consulting to an IPO that was then privatized to a multinational company.

• He founded a community energy retailing company selling down to Australia’s largest private equity company. Ultimately, he assisted them to on-sell the company to Origin Energy in a “best-in-house” transaction.

He is passionate about governance, ethics, sustainability and business continuity, but his first love as a qualified surveyor is X,Y,Z.
